Having a gathering at your house and don't have enough seating? You can "rent" tables and chairs from the Villas of Carillon Homeowner's Association. All we require is a $200.00 fully re-fundable deposit* for the "rental" of two (2) Folding Table (Any Size) and eight (8) Folding Chairs**. *The property manager will mail your deposit refund check once you confirm the equipment has been returned to the clubhouse in "as new" condition and the return has been confirmed by the Property Manager, a member of the Social Committee or Board of Directors. **Folding Chairs are for indoor use only. They must not be used or left outdoors in extreme heat or inclement weather conditions. RESTRICTIONS & EXCLUSIONS: - The maximum duration for equipment "rental" is 48 hours. - Equipment may not be "rented" within the two days leading up to any scheduled board meeting or community event in order to ensure that the equipment is available to the entire community when it is needed most.
