Villas of Carillon - Tree Trimming & Mulch Application

Dear Residents,

Contractors will be on site on 4/22/2024 and 4/23/2024 to perform the following services:

• biennial trimming of all hardwood trees throughout the property

• annual trimming of all palm trees throughout the property

• removal of a select few palm trees

We ask that all residents park vehicles in the garage during this activity. If this is not possible, please move your vehicle when the contractors arrive at your home to avoid risk of damage to your vehicle.

Short term street parking is authorized provided the vehicle is not parked on the grass/landscaping or impede traffic. The use of short term and long term parking spots will also be permitted. These exceptions apply only to the days the vendor is on site trimming the trees.

In the 2-3 weeks following the tree trimming, our landscape maintenance contractor will be applying fresh mulch throughout the property.
