Villas of Carillon - Roof & Gutter Inspections

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that a vendor will be on the property from 11/10-11/11 inspecting the tile roofs and gutters of all 43 buildings. They will be using drone technology to assist in the inspection. The drone will be flying over the buildings and only recording downward facing footage of the roofs and gutters. The only time the drone will not be flying over the buildings is when it is taking off and landing.

Please do not be alarmed and do not approach the drone operator while he is on the property conducting the inspection.
