Villas of Carillon - Recent Events & Friendly Reminders

Dear Residents,

In lieu of recent events – this board would like to remind our neighbors to take conscious and deliberate steps to secure their property within the community. This will only further deter future actions and keep our community one of the safest places to live. Reminders to consider:

• Lock vehicle doors at all times – DO NOT leave keys in the vehicle.

• Keep vehicles in garages overnight.

• Close garage doors unless actively in use.

• Lock house doors at all times.

Furthermore, as many of you are aware, one of our community exit-gates has been inoperable for a few weeks. Our community is not exempt from the ongoing labor and inventory shortages that are affecting communities and homeowners across the country. But as has been the case in the past, community gates are no guarantee of security. Please consider this as a call to action for every resident to consider the above bullets going forward.
