Villas of Carillon - Property Manager Update

Dear Residents,

Effective Monday, February 28th, Jaime Ballard will be taking over property management responsibilities for the Villas of Carillon. Jaime will be supporting us on a provisional basis while a new property manager is identified and brought up to speed on the nuances and requirements of our community.

Jaime is very familiar with the Villas of Carillon as she managed the property for several years previously. She is up to speed on the current status of our community, ongoing projects, and areas of concern. We are confident this will be a seamless transition.

James Manfred will be retiring and today is his last day with Management & Associates. The Board thanks him for his years of support.
