Villas of Carillon Pressure Washing (1/10 through 1/21)

Dear Villas of Carillon Residents, Contractors will be on site from 1/10/22 through 1/21/22 to pressure wash the first story pitched roofs, driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and the pool deck. It will likely take them the entire two weeks to complete the work. NOTE: 2nd story roofs will be pressure washed as part of the next exterior building painting project as this is far more cost effective. You will be notified at such a time when this activity is planned/scheduled. The pressure washing will start at the entrance (101 Valencia) working counterclockwise completing Valencia Circle. They will then complete Barcelona Drive, and finish with the pool deck. They will average approximately 18 units per day. Here are a few things you need to know:

• Driveways must be clear. Cars must be parked in the garage, in visitor parking or in a neighbors driveway provided you have permission. If you are home during the pressure washing, you may temporarily move your vehicle to the street while they clean your driveway then immediately move it back. Do not park on grass. NOTE: short term street parking is a temporary exception permitted by the Board for this activity only and is not permitted at any other time as posted clearly in the community.

• All items (potted plants, decorations, etc) must be removed from hallways (and driveways as well).

• Common property areas may be unavailable during the cleaning (pool, sidewalks, mailboxes, etc).

• Any units which cannot be cleaned as a result of cars or personal possessions not being moved will be assessed a remobilization fee if the vendor has to come back to the property. This fee will be automatically billed to the owner. Owners must communicate directly with their tenants to ensure awareness of the activity.
