Villas of Carillon - Phase 2 Tree Trimming (1/18 - 1/20)

Dear Villas of Carillon Residents,

Contractors will be on site from 1/18/22 through 1/20/22 to perform Phase 2 of the hardwood tree trimming. They will be trimming all live oaks along the streets, all hardwoods between buildings as well as the cabbage palms along the southern preserve boundary.

The trimming will start at the entrance (101 Valencia) working counterclockwise completing Valencia Circle. They will then complete Barcelona Drive.

Here are a few things you need to know:

• Driveways and streets must be clear. Cars must be parked in the garage, in visitor parking or in a neighbors driveway provided you have permission and only while the work is being performed near your unit. If you are home during the trimming, you may temporarily move your vehicle to the street while they trim your area then immediately move it back, once the work near your unit is complete. Do not park on grass. NOTE: short term street parking and used of visitor parking is a temporary exception permitted by the Board for this activity only and is not permitted at any other time as posted clearly in the community.

• Common property areas may be unavailable during the trimming.

• Any trees which cannot be trimmed as a result of cars not being moved will be assessed a remobilization fee if the vendor has to come back to the property. This fee will be automatically billed to the owner. Owners must communicate directly with their tenants to ensure awareness of the activity.

• A final update will be sent out the day before work commences.
