Villas of Carillon - Open Houses

Dear Residents,

We have received reports from homeowners that one of our neighbors has been attending open houses and home inspections within our community. This neighbor has, on more than one occasion, provided a false name and has caused a scene in front of potential buyers with the apparent intent of undermining the sale process. As such, we wanted to make our homeowners aware so that they may inform agents as they see fit.

It is ultimately a homeowner’s decision to open their home to the public. Therefore, owners are responsible and assume the risk when doing so. However, if an owner causes a disturbance at your open house, please inform the Association to ensure such behavior is documented in the event legal action is necessary to protect the sanctity of the home sale process within the Villas of Carillon.
