Villas of Carillon - New Parking Signage

Dear Villas of Carillon Residents, A contractor will be on site during the week of 12/20 to replace faded parking signage throughout the community.

VISITOR PARKING New signs will be installed to identify specific visitor parking spots with 24-hour and 72-hour time restrictions. The 24-hour spots will be allocated to the units toward the front (west) of the property, where visitor spots are sparse. Refer to the Visitor Parking Map below for additional detail. Any visitor staying longer than 24 hours will be required to move his/her vehicle to a 72-hour spot. The community website (now launching in January 2022), will provide residents with easy access to the Villas of Carillon Parking Policy and enable residents to request parking exemptions (for approval by the Board of Directors) should visitors need to use visitor parking for more than 72 hours. NOTE: These signs will be installed next week, but enforcement of the posted time restrictions will not go into effect until 1/3/2022.

NO STREET PARKING Additional “No Street Parking” signs will be installed in areas where street parking has historically been an issue. The additional signs will serve as a reminder to residents and visitors in those areas of the community that street parking is not permitted. We’re confident that these updates will clarify the expectations of the Association regarding Visitor and Resident parking in the community and facilitate fair and efficient enforcement.
