Villas of Carillon - Entry Gate Damage

Dear Residents,

As you may already be aware, the main entry gate was struck by a vehicle earlier this week causing severe damage to the gate and control operator. The gate was still functional, however earlier today it started behaving erratically. As such, Management & Associates was forced to put a permanent hold open on the entry and exit gates until all repairs can be completed.

Our vendor has informed us that the fabricator (who will be responsible for the structural repairs to the gate itself) is facing temporary staffing challenges resulting from the COVID pandemic and that we should expect delays.

We will provide a follow up as we know more. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience.
