Dear Villas of Carillon Residents,

We are pleased to announce that the Villas of Carillon Homeowner's Association has been working on a community website designed with you, the residents of our wonderful community in mind.

Here are a few of the features and benefits that our community website will provide:

• a public area for current and potential future residents which includes an overview our community, amenities, perks, etc.

• a members only area which includes virtually everything that current community residents (owners and tenants) need to know about living in the Villas of Carillon:

• HOA governing documents, policies, etc

• general rules and guidelines

• answers to frequently asked questions on a variety of topics

• community news and updates

• upcoming events (board meetings, social events, etc)

• online forms for streamlining the following processes

  • Architectural Change Requests

  • Landscape Enhancement Requests

  • Temporary Parking Exemption Requests

  • Clubhouse Reservations

  • Communication with the Property Manager
