Villas of Carillon - 2nd Story Gutter Cleaning
Dear Residents,
On 12/9/2021, a vendor will be in the Villas of Carillon to clean several of the 2nd story gutters. Not all gutters require cleaning. Below is a map of the community with yellow lines overlaid indicating which face of each building requires cleaning.
IMPORTANT: A few buildings require front gutters to be cleaned. The residents of the following units will need to park their cars in their garage, visitor parking or in a willing neighbors driveway for the day. A notice will be posted on the garage doors of the affected units in the days leading up to the cleaning to serve as a reminder.
179 - 183 Valencia Circle (Building 41)
235 - 243 Valencia Circle (Building 26)
414 - 424 Barcelona Drive (Building 15)
Please do not interfere with the contractor while they are onsite performing their work.
