REMINDER - Villas of Carillon Gate "Go Live" - Tomorrow 10/11
Dear Residents,
As a reminder, the Villas of Carillon gate entry system will go into service tomorrow, 10/11. After the gate system is put into service, you must contact Management & Associates at 813-433-2000 if you have any questions/concerns.
If, for any reason, your RFID tag(s) fail to work tomorrow, you will be able to grant yourself access using the Watchman Gate Entry system until you can resolve the issue with your tag(s). Use any of the following methods:
Call yourself from the Gate Entry system Directory.
Issue yourself a Temporary Visitor Code (QR Code) from the Cellgate smartphone app.
Open the gate using the "Momentarily Open" button" within the Cellgate smartphone app.
For your convenience, we've attached the Guide to Granting Visitor Access. This information is also available on the Community Security page of our website using the following link: https://www.villasofcarillon.com/community-security
Please reach out to family, friends, vendors, and other regular visitors of your residence to ensure they are they are aware of the process for gaining access to our community in order to streamline their entry process and reduce confusion at the gate. Please use the methods outlined above that best suit the specific needs and circumstances of your visits.
As a reminder, tailgating and use of the exit gate to gain entry to the community are strictly prohibited. Drivers found engaging in these actions will be held liable for any and all damages and may be subject to penalties/fines.
Within a few days of the gate entry system going into service, the main entry and exit gates will resume a morning and afternoon hold-open schedule from M-F between the hours of 7am - 9am and 4pm - 6pm.
The pedestrian gate will also go into service tomorrow. Please refer to your Gate Entry packet for your 4-digit pedestrian gate access code. If you wish to purchase a pedestrian gate wrist band, please purchase it here: https://www.villasofcarillon.com/shop. There is a limit of 2 bands per household and these may only be purchased by property owners. Tenant orders will not be fulfilled. Tenants must obtain a wrist band from their owner/landlord.
Sincerely,
Villas of Carillon Board of Directors
