Preserve Maintenance/Clearing

Dear Villas of Carillon Residents,

Today, we received confirmation from the CPOA-II Property Manager that their vendor will be on site next Monday (1/17) through Wednesday (1/19) to perform clearing of the encroaching Carillon Nature Preserve.

While we've wanted to see this taken care of, and as it is necessary, please understand that this work is being managed and performed by the Carillon Property Owner's Association and their vendor, and not the Villas of Carillon Homeowner's Association.

We don't have many details, however, we are relatively certain that this will involve a more aggressive approach than has been performed in the history of our community in order to push the preserve closer to the property boundary where it belongs.

The result will likely be a dramatic change to those of you who live along the preserve, but realize that this is a necessary process and that, in time, the area will re-grow.

The Board and Landscape Committee will determine what steps, if any, will be taken after this work is completed.

While this vendor is onsite, residents are in no way to (directly or indirectly) interfere with or disrupt their work.
