Final Phase of Homeowner Water Shut-Off Valve Replacements

Dear Residents,

From Monday 4/17 to Wednesday 4/20, the Association’s vendor will be on-site to replace the remaining 30+ builder-installed water shut-off valves that have not yet been replaced. Those owners having work performed on their units have been notified separately.

The vendor will perform this work “live” without having to turn off the water to the entire community. However, please be advised that there is always the possibility of unforeseen circumstances which may necessitate turning the water off.

We will do our best to advise the community in the event of any unplanned water outages during the scheduled work.

We thank you in advance for your patience as we attempt to bring this project to closure.
