Landscaping Updates

Dear Residents,

As some of you have noticed, Landcare has initiated annual trimming of the various species of palms in the neighborhood and will conclude this effort next week. Taller palm species trimming will be delayed until further notice due to a temporary equipment shortage.

In the meantime, we are happy to announce the annual mulching effort will commence in the next few weeks following last year's omission due to COVID.

On that note, we would like to remind residents that while life is getting back to normal, labor shortages continue to affect Landcare's (and many of our community contractors) ability to maintain the status quo. The efforts to improve and replace landscaping during the dryer months of this year have put a significant burden on Landcare's ability to meet the upcoming scheduled maintenance activities.

As such - the Landscape Committee will be placing a temporary hold on all enhancement requests beyond what is currently in progress, effective today. This decision will ensure that the community aesthetic and maintenance are prioritized.

We kindly ask for patience and understanding from residents given these circumstances.
