Insurance Certificate Requests

Dear Homeowners,

It is that time of year and the insurance renewals are being processed.

Please follow these simple steps to expedite processing of your request.

Flood Insurance Certificates

Flood insurance certificates will be electronically forwarded to your lender (automatically) by the carrier (Wright Flood).

Please reach out to USI at westcoastcondo@usi.com if:

you have changed lenders since the last renewal period,
you are not sure that USI has the correct information for your lender on file,
you are concerned that the flood certificate won't reach your lender prior to your lender purchasing coverage on your behalf.
1. Email a copy of the request letter from your lender to westcoastcondo@usi.com being sure to include all pages, clearly legible (loan number, property address, lender address, etc) and request that they send you a copy so that you can submit it your lender.

Property insurance certificates may be requested from USI by following these simple steps:

Email a copy of the request letter from your lender to westcoastcondo@usi.com being sure to include all pages, clearly legible (loan number, property address, lender address, etc).
USI will electronically forward your renewal cert directly to the lender.
If you would like a copy for your records, please indicate this in the email to USI.

The turn-around time to process requests is typically 24-48 hours.

If you don't receive a response to your request within 48 hours, please contact Shawn Mueller (shawn.mueller@usi.com).
