CellGate Emails - No Action Required

Dear Residents,

You may have received multiple emails from CellGate this morning advising you to register your account. You can disregard these emails. No action is required.

Within the last few weeks, we replaced our CellGate Watchman Gate Entry system under an insurance claim after the original system was damaged by an Amazon driver.

The provisioning of the new system triggered these automated emails inadvertently.

In addition, a recent electrical surge caused damage to the hardware which operates the entry gate (aka "gate operators"). These operators are original hardware (over 18 years old). Rather than repair them, the board has agreed to replace them and expect to have this work completed within the next few weeks.
