2024 Preserve Maintenance/Clearing

The Preserve Maintenance has been re-scheduled from Tuesday June 11th to Monday June 10th. Work will begin at approximately 8:30AM.

Dear Villas of Carillon Residents,

Today, we received confirmation that a vendor will be on site Tuesday, June 11th to perform clearing of the encroaching Carillon Nature Preserve along the south side of the property from 112 Valencia to 198 Valencia.

This is a continuation of the aggressive preserve maintenance that was completed by CPOA-II Property Management in early 2022. This is necessary to maintain the preserve boundary and ensure the continued health of the pine, palm, and oak trees along the preserve edge which, at present are largely overgrown by vines.

The result will likely be a dramatic change to those of you who live along the preserve. Please realize that this is a necessary process and that, in time, the area will re-grow.

While this vendor is onsite, residents are in no way to (directly or indirectly) interfere with or disrupt their work.
