2023 Flat Roof Repair Project

Dear Residents,

As you may be aware, the Association recently entered into a contract with our vendor to address the ongoing issues with flat roofs throughout community. On Monday, February 13th the first phase of flat roof repairs will begin.

The entire project is intended to span the next 6 years, culminating in the repair of all 104 flat roofs within the Villas of Carillon. The first phase includes 17 units which will be completed over the next 8-10 weeks (approximately 2 per week) weather permitting.

This phase is planned to start on the even side of Barcelona at the north end working south, followed by the odd side of Barcelona before turning west on Valencia heading toward the exit gate.

Below is a map identifying which units will be repaired in this phase of the project.

NOTE: This plan is subject to change. Therefore the Association and our vendor appreciate your patience and cooperation with work crews who may need to make last minute adjustments to the plan while on site.

If you live in these units, please be advised that your driveway will need to be clear to allow the vendor to perform their work. The vendor will post a notice on your door a few days in advance, advising you when work will commence.

The vendor will start at approximately 8am each morning and end at a time that is appropriate based upon progress made. Work is not expected to extend beyond 5pm.
