Our Community
The Villas of Carillon is a gated community located at 580 Trinity Lane, St. Petersburg, Florida 33716.
The 16.1 acre community consists of 165 individual two-story townhomes in 42 buildings.
Construction
Each building is constructed of concrete masonry block (CMU) on the first floor with wood frame bump outs and second floor construction. The units share a covered hip roof, adorned by concrete tile and vented soffit at the exterior edges. A small lower roof segment on the front elevation contains a small parapet architectural feature. The building exteriors have a painted cementitious stucco finish.
Pool & Clubhouse
The Villas of Carillon has a lovely, fenced-in heated pool area, with concrete pavers, lounge furniture, rinse shower, and restrooms. The adjacent clubhouse is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, plenty of seating, and a big screen television. The pool and clubhouse are located at the Center-East side of the property.
Parking
Each townhome has a two-car garage as well as a driveway to accommodate an additional two cars (allowing space for 4 total cars per unit).
The community has 30 parking spots for guests and visitor of the community. The Villas of Carillon enforce a strict "No Street Parking" policy. Violators may be towed without warning.
